Getting Started
Every nonprofit is unique, which is why my consulting approach begins with a complimentary exploratory call. During this session, we’ll explore your goals and challenges to determine if and how I can best support your organization.
From there, we’ll decide if one of the three six-month packages works for you (The Start-Up, The Level-Up, or The Turnaround). If not, I’ll design a customized package of solutions tailored to your specific needs and aspirations. If my services are unlikely to be the best fit for your needs, I’ll offer resources, referrals or alternative tools to help you reach your goals.
